Born and raised in South Florida, Ben spent nearly 30 years vacationing in Ennice, North Carolina, where he developed a lasting connection to the area and its people. He eventually made the permanent move to North Carolina to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, bringing with him a lifelong passion for helping others solve real-world technology challenges. Before that, Ben earned Associate degrees in Audio Recording, Film & Video Production, and Live Stage Production—an educational background that built a strong foundation in technology, communication, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem-solving.

That combination of technical experience and service-minded support is at the heart of BPS Tech Assist. Ben understands that technology issues can range from small everyday frustrations to larger projects that impact how people live and work. Sometimes it’s a computer repair issue, Wi-Fi problem, printer setup, or help getting a smartphone, tablet, or smart device working properly. Other times, it’s a more involved need such as smart home setup, security camera installation, wireless network optimization, audio/video configuration, home office technology support, remote computer support, or small business IT assistance.
